Your invoices and financial data

Finzara AI Invoice Capture reads and processes your PDF invoices entirely on your own device, using your browser. The file is never uploaded to Finzara AI's servers or any third party — there is no network request that sends it anywhere. Vendor names, VAT numbers, amounts, and every other field extracted from your invoices stay on your machine unless you choose to download the resulting Excel file yourself.

We have no way to see, access, or recover your invoice data, because we never receive it in the first place. If you want to verify this yourself, our About page explains how to check this using your browser's developer tools.

What we do collect

To log you in and run your account, we collect:

• Your email address — used to send you a login link or code, and for us to contact you about your account.
• A password, if you choose to set one — stored securely (hashed) by our authentication provider, never visible to us in plain text.
• Basic account activity (like login timestamps), used only for account security and support.

We do not use advertising cookies, analytics trackers, or sell your data to anyone.

Third parties we use

We use Supabase to handle login (email links, codes, and passwords) and to keep you securely signed in. Supabase only ever receives your email address and login credentials — never your invoices or the data extracted from them. Once we deploy this site publicly, our hosting provider will also process standard web server logs (like IP address and browser type) purely to keep the site running securely — this is normal for any website and unrelated to your invoice data.

Cookies

We use one type of cookie: a session cookie that keeps you logged in. It's required for the product to work and isn't used for tracking or advertising.

How long we keep your data

We keep your account email and login details for as long as your account is active. If you'd like your account and associated data deleted, email us and we'll remove it. We never have your invoice data to delete in the first place — it was never sent to us.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time what data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account entirely. Contact us using the details below and we'll handle it directly — no forms, no runaround.

Changes to this policy

If how we handle data changes, we'll update this page and change the date at the top. We'll never quietly start collecting your invoice data without telling you clearly, first.
