Terms of Service

1. Agreeing to these terms

By logging in and using Finzara AI Invoice Capture, you agree to these terms. If you're using it on behalf of a company, you're confirming you have the authority to agree on that company's behalf.

2. What the service is

Finzara AI Invoice Capture reads PDF invoices and e-invoice XML files and extracts structured data (vendor details, VAT numbers, line items, totals) into an ERP-ready Excel file. Processing happens entirely in your browser — we do not receive, store, or have access to your invoice files or the data extracted from them.

3. Pricing & billing

Finzara AI Invoice Capture costs AED 50 per month. You can start using it immediately with no credit card and no upfront payment. We'll invoice you 15 days after you begin, and monthly after that for as long as your account stays active.

Prices may change in the future. If they do, we'll tell you directly before any change applies to you — never silently.

4. Cancellation & refunds

You can cancel anytime — email hello@finexagroup.ai or message us on WhatsApp, and we'll cancel your account and stop billing you. If you've already been invoiced and want a refund, ask — we'll refund it, no questions asked. There's no minimum commitment and no cancellation fee.

5. Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity that happens under your account. If you think your account has been compromised, tell us right away so we can help.

6. Verifying your data

Finzara AI is built to flag anything it can't confidently read rather than guess — but it's still your responsibility to review extracted data before using it for filings, payments, or other official purposes. Treat Finzara AI as a tool that removes the typing, not as a replacement for your own review.

7. No warranty, limited liability

Finzara AI Invoice Capture is provided "as is." We work hard to make it accurate and reliable, but we don't guarantee it will be error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent permitted by law, Finzara AI Group's liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

8. Changes to these terms

If we update these terms, we'll change the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use Finzara AI after a change means you accept the updated terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
